A trip along to the Grassmarket today and this pen and pencil sketch from one of the benches.
The tours have started and I could hear a group being told all about the gruesome hangings that used to be the main attraction on the cobbles here.

Does this need to be in red?
Here is one of the lovely post boxes in Edinburgh’s Old Town. I am liking the simple black and white but have strong urges to splash a little red across the page.
I need more time! Or a new way of getting colour in a hurry. Hmmm.
I’m not the only one using a bicycle to get around the city. This is a row of bikes outside the University buildings in Chambers Street. I’m liking the pencil but may go over in pen to see the difference later.
I sit here eating dairymilk and drawing a bowl of fruit, something’s not right there!
My puddycat Mocha, curled up on her cushion. It’s a hard life being a cat, she’s been snoozin all day and only got up to tell us to feed her!
