Mini Sketch

Taxi Dad today so waiting in the car and sketching rather than scrolling

Every time I see a fellow mini driver I smile to myself knowing the fun they are to drive. Today I’m sketching outside my son’s music class and happy to highlight this cooper classic.

I took me a while to come round to the new design after having 2 of the original minis in my teens but now I love them after getting my 2010 clubman a couple of years ago. Although I don’t like the new massive ones, a mini has to be mini!

Ink with a little graphite on the main focus of the sketch. More ink work on the mini too as I wanted it to stand out. Had to stop myself from going into too much detail in the background.
