Items in my pocket
A practice sketch I started over ten years ago
I hadn’t realised how long it was since I did one of these. 2013 and 2014 are the only ones I can find but I started it back then with the hope of making an annual sketch of the changing things I carry around.
Just a bit of practice sketching but interesting too, for me anyway! Have a go yourself, using the shadows to lift shapes off the page. It would have been nice to have ten of these to look back on. Never mind, come back in another ten years :)
It turns out the items in my pocket don’t change that much! The loose change and a stub of a pencil plus something that needs fixing. I’m a creature of habit.
