Christmas decs are up
We are relaxing after a winter clean and a festive transformation at home.
The time has come and I love everything about this time of year, the music on the radio, the lit up shop windows on the walk home and the wrapped up shoppers with plenty of bags hurrying home. And of course the many nostalgic trinkets that take over our home and remind of years gone by.
This year five boxes of decks and memories came out of the eaves, each time I put them back in the new year there seems to be a few more hand made items and baubles for the tree.
But now we have feet up, telly on and another festive tradition - a tall glass of advocaat as a reward for all the hard work. Merry Christmas everyone.
