Tuesday night I was reminded once again how lucky I am to be in Edinburgh and how fantastic the Royal Hospital for Sick Children is as my son had a severe bump to the head resulting in an egg right between the eyes.

Kept in overnight for observations he is thankfully fine and home now but we spent yesterday’s early morning in the playroom colouring, hence the wax crayons I drew this sketch with!

Thanks to the doctors and nurses of the Sick Kids hospital for looking after us 🙂

And a special thanks to my sister and her pals Dale and Brian for last Sunday running the Edinburgh Marathon in aid of the Sick Kids Friends Foundation, they have raised a staggering £1480 so far.
