Monday 22nd June
Can you tell me where I have sketched?
Have you noticed this clock on the side of a building before?
Leave your answer in the comment box below. Your comment will not show up until I reveal the answer, which I will do before the end of the day.
I will pick a random winner from all correct entries and they will go on to the ‘Winners wall’ for the month. At the end of the month one of those will be picked to receive a prize.
The prize for June is a screen printed tea towel featuring my Victoria Street illustration.
Keep an eye on my facebook and twitter feeds for clues if they are needed later today, and I will pick a winner for the Winners Wall before the end of the day.
Keep looking up and noticing the beauty in the everyday, you never know where I will be sketching next!
If you would like to buy an Edinburgh Sketcher tea towel you can find all 4 designs in my Etsy shop.
#WhereArtI Answer – Monday 22nd June: Currys PC World store in Corstorphine, on the Glasgow Road just by the Drumbrae roundabout. I passed by the other day and noticed the clock on the front. Thanks all for playing Whererarti, there will be another one next Monday. Ruth Armstrong goes into the June prize draw. https://edinburghsketcher.com/2020/06/22/wherearti-edinburgh-190620/
Hi Ruth

I have stared at this all day and I think it may be the side of the shops up at Corstorphine where there’s a PC World, a Pets At Home, a Macdonald’s and a large Tesco behind them, view fro Glasgow Road?
Well, I tried!

I cycled past there yesterday morning. It is the back of Curry’s at the East end of Glasgow Road.
Can’t say I’ve noticed the clock before.
