WhereArtI Edinburgh?

Monday 22nd June

Can you tell me where I have sketched?

Have you noticed this clock on the side of a building before?

Leave your answer in the comment box below. Your comment will not show up until I reveal the answer, which I will do before the end of the day.

I will pick a random winner from all correct entries and they will go on to the ‘Winners wall’ for the month. At the end of the month one of those will be picked to receive a prize.

The prize for June is a screen printed tea towel featuring my Victoria Street illustration.

This image has an empty alt attribute; its file name is teatowelwai.jpg

Keep an eye on my facebook and twitter feeds for clues if they are needed later today, and I will pick a winner for the Winners Wall before the end of the day.

Keep looking up and noticing the beauty in the everyday, you never know where I will be sketching next!

If you would like to buy an Edinburgh Sketcher tea towel you can find all 4 designs in my Etsy shop.

  1. Hi Ruth
Congratulations, you have won the WhereArtI draw for this week with your answer of PC World in Corstorphine. You will go into the monthly draw for a prize and I will be in touch at the end of the month if you have won.

All the best, and thanks for playing WhereArtI

  2. I have stared at this all day and I think it may be the side of the shops up at Corstorphine where there’s a PC World, a Pets At Home, a Macdonald’s and a large Tesco behind them, view fro Glasgow Road?

    Well, I tried!

  3. It’s the Currys PC World at the end of Glasgow Road just before the Drum Brae roundabout 🙂

  4. It’s the pc world building from saint John’s road probably sketched from the parking spaces at the BBQ chippy across the road

  5. I cycled past there yesterday morning. It is the back of Curry’s at the East end of Glasgow Road.
Can’t say I’ve noticed the clock before.

  6. This is my neck of the woods! It’s the McDonald’s and Pc World in Corstorphine 🙂

  7. The clock, which indeed I’d never noticed, is on the back of PC World at Corstorphine / Drumbrae.

    Not your usual haunts!
