WhereArtI Edinburgh? – December 24th 2018

Can you name this week’s Edinburgh sketched location?

If you know leave your answer in the comment box below. I will pick a random winner from all correct entries on Tuesday morning, and they will go on to the ‘Winners wall’ for the month. At the end of the month one of those on the wall will be picked to receive a prize.

The prize for December is a set of my brand new coasters. These are the first coasters I have had made, printed right here in Scotland. Each one is a premium glossy 9cm x 9cm hardboard coaster, they are great quality and the colours really pop.

Leave your answer in the comment box below …

Your comment will not show up until the winner is announced. Keep an eye on my facebook and twitter feeds for clues if they are needed later today, and I will pick a winner for the Winners Wall tomorrow afternoon.

I hope you join us to play along and keep looking up and noticing the beauty in the everyday, you never know where I will be sketching next!

If you would like to buy a set of coasters at the introductory price of just £9.50 (regular price: £14.50) with Free postage until the end of 2018, then email me at contact@www.edinburghsketcher.com for details.

  1. Just catching up on the festive WhereArtI quizzes.
December 24th: Craigleith Crescent, and the Ravelston Garden building. It always sticks out to me as I pass by in the car. Kate Watson was randomly picked for the draw.
December 31st: Rose Street Theatre, a close up of the beautiful windows at the west end of the street. Unfortunately I had no correct answers for this one but I can tell you the winner of a set of coasters for December’s draw is Sue Brown.

More WhereArtI to come in 2019, starting on Monday 7th…

  2. Sorry to be so late, I ave been busy for the last few days.

You appear to be standing in Craigleith Crescent looking towards one of three blocks of flats in Craigleith Avenue, which would take you to Mary Erskine’s School.

  3. Howdo Mark.
I hope you and yours are having a fab xmas.

This is a sketch of the flats in Craigleith Crescent.

    Lizzie.
