At the weekend Mrs Sketcher, the Sketcher twins and I enjoyed an afternoon listening to a choir, building lego and eating in the outdoors, all beneath the stunning backdrop of George Heriots School.
The grounds of George Heriots School on Lauriston Place have been taken over by the BBC for the duration of the Festival 2017 and there is a large Blue Tent broadcasting television and radio shows throughout.
We were lucky enough to see Michael Ball introducing the very tuneful Rock Choir. Even the sun came out for us, a rare event this August!!
