The sketcher family and I went along to the Corn Exchange today for the Big Day Out, which as it has been raining most of the day, was thankfully indoors 🙂

Billed as ‘Edinburgh’s largest family event’ the two day long show (Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th October) brings together some of the best family orientated businesses in the city.
The building was filled with activities to try, some free, some very cheap and all aimed to keep your little ones happy. Are two had a great time decorating cakes, playing in a sandpit, making Halloween masks, and getting their portraits taken. We even had time to watch a magician and a giant rabbit spinning plates!
And it all happens again from 9.30am tomorrow morning (Sunday) If you have wee ones I would definitely recommend a Big Day Out.
