The WhereArtI weekly sketch quiz – Scotland wide

Posted on Oct 7, 2013

WAI071013Hello and welcome to the first Scotland wide WhereArtI quiz. Usually limited to the boundaries of Edinburgh, on the first Monday of each month the WhereArtI sketch could be from anywhere in Scotland.

To celebrate going nationwide we have a fantastic prize for the first person to correctly name the building I have sketched. Two tickets for a bus tour to Loch Ness. The day trip from Edinburgh is a fantastic way to see some of the countries attractions, including Glencoe, Fort Augustus and Ben Nevis.

The rules are simple, each week I sketch a mystery location, all you have to do is tell me where I am. Can you place the sketch?

You can answer below, on facebook or twitter and also to keep an eye on the ES facebook page and twitter for clues throughout the day. Answers to come by this time tomorrow, and if you would like to donate a prize for the quiz get in touch HERE.

Thanks everyone for playing the first nation wide WhereArtI competition yesterday. The first Monday of the month will continue to be a Scotland wide quiz. The answer is Dunkeld Cathedral, a stunning building on the banks of the river Tay.

And so to the winner of two tickets on the Ness Bus, plus three points on the leaderboard is Frances Mitchell on facebook. Congratulations Francis, please email me at contact@edinburghsketcher.com and we can arrange the details.

Second by only four minutes was @aimzobj and third @stoneygran, both on twitter. Same time, same place for more next Monday.
